The Aeroplume
Aeroplume has been designing and continuously developing Aeroplume technology for over 15 years. As both designer and operator, we have a thorough understanding of operational requirements and integrate customer feedback into ongoing improvements. We currently offer the 5th generation of Aéroplumes, with each generation introducing significant enhancements in safety, profitability, and customer experience. Our Aeroplumes are currently available in two standard sizes, suitable for pilots under 50 kg and under 100 kg.
We also design custom Aeroplumes. If you can imagine it, we can design it. One example of a custom project is the deployment of multiple illuminated Aeroplumes in the world’s largest indoor theme park, at Chimelong International Ocean Tourist Resort in China.

What is the Aeroplume?
The Aeroplume is an individual helium-filled dirigible balloon that allows a person to take flight by flapping wings. Lying in a harness, freed from the effects of gravity and equipped with wings, the pilot can take off and move freely through the air.
Thanks to its large surface area and low speed (5 to 8 km/h), the Aeroplume is operated indoors, sheltered from wind. This constraint becomes an advantage: the flight takes place in an enclosed, quiet, almost intimate space, where each participant discovers the sensation of floating in the air.
Trajectory Control System
A major improvement introduced with the 5th generation, the trajectory control system allows the instructor to remotely correct the position of Aéroplumes during flight.
Do you have installations that the Aéroplume must not come into contact with? We define a restricted flight zone that alerts the instructor if the pilot gets too close.
The trajectory control system significantly improves safety, simplifies flight management, and increases operational profitability by reducing the amount of personnel required for operation.

Our other products
There is no age limit to becoming a pilot.
The Aéroplume is accessible from the age of 10. For younger children, we offer flights in a small balloon, similar to a hot air balloon.
The child actively takes part in the flight. They initiate the ascent by releasing weight. The balloon is secured by a cable, and our instructors adjust the altitude according to the child’s preferences.
This solution allows the entire family to take part in the experience. Both children and adults discover new sensations together.
